Payment Methods: We accept MASTERCARD and VISA, payable in US funds. Credit card payments will be charged once the payment information has been submitted to GRIFHOLD.COM, INC.

Canceled Order: If after you place your order you decide to cancel your order, we will gladly do so only if the order has not been shipped. To cancel your order you must notify us no later than the next business day after placing your order.

Refused Shipment: Customers shall be charged all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee for all refused shipments. This covers the cost to receive and inspect all returned items.

Order Mistakes By Us: Call us immediately with a description of the issue and we will promptly correct it.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated on this website for shipments within continental USA. Shipping charges are estimates only and you will be notified if different. Overseas customers, please contact us for additional shipping options at 1-800-344-6445 or 1-585-265-1991.

Damaged Shipments: GRIFHOLD.COM, INC. is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise after it leaves our premises. If shipment shows evidence of damage, the package must be opened before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or loss is evident, it must be noted on the carriers' delivery sheet. Then file a claim with the carrier and notify us.

Returned Merchandise: All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. To return merchandise, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number, and we will provide a return shipping address and instructions on how to return it.

Refunds: All refunds will be issued less the actual shipping charges. In addition all returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Sales Tax Information: If required by law, GRIFHOLD.COM, INC. will add sales tax to the order to be paid by the customer. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered in the State of New York. If you are TAX-EXEMPT, send us your form for us to keep on file.

Warranty: GRIFHOLD.COM, INC. provides an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and services. If, for any reason, you are not totally pleased with any of our products, you may return it and we will refund your investment.
